• Tickets are non refundable, even in the case of covid-related illness or any other emergencies.
• You will only be able to reschedule your class to another date if you contact us via email with at least 48 hours notice.
• If you book a class less than 48 hours away, you will not be able to reschedule.
• If we cancel class due to covid precautions or any other emergencies, we will issue a booking voucher to rebook.
• In case of illness or any other emergencies, you may gift your tickets to a friend, family member etc. as long as you warn us 48 hours prior via email.
• Please also take care when booking tickets and avoid booking too many as we do not refund. You may transfer your ticket to a friend or loved one, however you will be required to inform us via email.
• Please note that after your purchase you will be sent your booking confirmation email -- this acts as your ticket. We may ask for your first name and last name which you booked with at the door.
• I am aware that it is my responsibility to attend the correct venue, at the address and time listed on my ticket.
• I confirm all details I entered are correct and I agree to the above.
• If we have to cancel the class for reasons beyond our control e.g. weather or for the puppies safety, we will issue you a credit note, to book another session where available. We would aim to inform you at least 48 hours before your class date however this is a rare occurrence.

- Feel free to bring your own mat although we provide you with them.

- Please come dressed for class.

- Please come on time to class.
