In exchange for participation in the classes organized by Pawsy.Club, I agree for myself and (if applicable) forthe minor I am supervising at this event, to the following:

• Indemnification: I am aware that during my visit to this event, certain inherent risks are involved, including but not limited to the presence of live animals (dogs) on-site. I acknowledge and voluntarily accept and assume full responsibility for any risks to me. I further agree to waive and release any and all claims that I may have against Pawsy.Club, its events, its organizer, the event facilities, and any and all employees of the aforementioned organizations. I agree not to sue for losses,damages, expenses, or fees which arise out of or result from or are related to, in any manner, my attendance at the event.
• Safety Risks Involving Live Animals: Participating in our Pawsy's classes has safety risks involved, as live animals (dogs) are on-site. Participant understands and accepts the risk of injury, including but not limited to scratching and biting, even insituations where animals are well-trained. Participant acknowledges the Organizers'commitment to ensuring the well-being of the animals present at the event. Participant agrees to follow any instructions provided by Organizers' staff regarding animal interaction and to adhere to designated areas for the safety of both participants and animals.
• Photo/Video Release: I hereby consent to and authorize the use and reproduction by Pawsy.Club of any and all photographs and/or videos that have been taken of me on this day, without compensation to me. All images and digital files are owned by Pawsy.Club, which reserves the right to use these photographs and/or videos for promotional purposes.
• I do not have any allergies towards animals, including the animals featured in this session.
• I am 18 years old or older.
• If I am purchasing a ticket on behalf of an individual under the age of 18, I confirm that they are over 12 years old and will be accompanied by someone over the age of 18 which I have stated in the special requirements section when booking.
• I can attend only the specific date and time of the session I am booking.
• I am aware to take appropriate care when holding and playing with Pawsy's puppies and understand that I am liable for any damages that occur as a result of me mishandling the puppies.
• I am aware that Pawsy.Club has the right to remove and ban any persons exhibiting violent or inappropriate behaviour towards any animals or people, as well as the right to remove any persons disrupting the session.
• I am aware that whilst Pawsy.Club will try their best, the exact litters participating in each session are not guaranteed and are subject to change.
• I confirm that I do not have any symptoms that would suggest illness that could pose a risk to other participants and the puppies in my session.
• I am aware to respect other participants by keeping a lowered voice if I need to speak to someone during yoga class.
• I am aware that I must arrive timely for my class and will not be allowed to join the class I booked onto or a later class if I am late.

I hereby declare that I am 18 years of age or older and have read and understood the terms of this waiver and release. I further understand that by signing this release, I voluntarily surrender certain legal rights.
